Who it’s for

Founders with an idea and a deadline, and businesses replacing a spreadsheet or a manual process with an app.

How the days run

  • Plan · days 1–3
  • Build · days 4–20
  • Beta with real users · days 21–25
  • Launch · days 26–30

What you get

  • A web app, plus iOS and Android apps if your users need them
  • Sign-up by phone number or email, with a one-time code
  • Payments by card and wallet, plus carrier billing where users pay with phone credit
  • An admin panel to manage users, content and orders
  • Arabic and English, with right-to-left layouts, Arabic digits and Hijri dates where needed
  • Store submission, analytics and error alerts
  • A handover document with every account in your name

What you bring

  • One person who can make product decisions within a day
  • Your logo and colours, or we use a clean default
  • Apple and Google developer accounts in your company’s name

Anything that doesn’t fit in 30 days is written down on Day 2 with its own price, so nothing is dropped quietly.

14–28 days

App Rescue

إنقاذ التطبيق

An app that crashes, stalls in review or can’t take payments, fixed and back in the stores.

From [PRICE]

Start this route

Who it’s for

Teams whose app was left half-built, keeps getting rejected by Apple or Google, or breaks after every release.

How the days run

  • Audit · days 1–3
  • Fixes · from day 4
  • Back in the stores · from day 14
  • Longer fix lists run to day 28

What you get

  • A written audit: what’s broken, what each fix costs, and what to leave alone
  • A fixed price for the fixes you choose
  • Fixes in a test build every week
  • Resubmission to the App Store and Google Play
  • Notes on the code, so the next developer isn’t starting blind

What you bring

  • Access to the code and the store accounts
  • Any rejection emails or crash reports you have
  • The three things users complain about most

If the audit shows a rebuild would cost less than a rescue, we tell you on Day 3.

14–21 days

AI Feature Add-on

ميزة ذكاء اصطناعي

One AI feature, added to the app you already have.

From [PRICE]

Start this route

Who it’s for

Products with users already, that want search that understands questions, support answers in Arabic and English drawn from their own help pages, or a feature that reads documents.

How the days run

  • Prototype on your data · days 1–5
  • Build into your app · from day 6
  • Live · from day 13
  • Larger data or two languages run to day 21

What you get

  • A prototype running on a sample of your real data in the first week
  • The feature built into your app, in English, Arabic or both
  • A monthly running-cost estimate before we build
  • Spending limits and a switch to turn it off
  • Tests that check answers stay within your own content

What you bring

  • The data the feature should use, and permission to use it
  • An account with the AI provider, billed to you
  • Ten real questions or documents to test with

If the prototype isn’t good enough on your data, we stop after the first week and you pay for that week only.

Every route includes

A written scope and a fixed price

Agreed by Day 3. It only changes if you add to it.

A demo every week

A link that opens on your phone, so you see progress yourself.

Every change reviewed

AI drafts the code. A senior engineer reads and corrects all of it before it ships.

Everything in your name

Code, store listings, hosting and data, from the first day.

One engineer, start to finish

The person on your kickoff call is the one who ships your app.

Questions founders ask first

What if my app needs more than 30 days?

We split it. Version one ships in 30 days; the rest becomes a second sprint with its own scope and price.

Can the app launch in Arabic and English together?

Yes. Both languages are planned on Day 2, and right-to-left layouts are designed from the start, not flipped at the end.

Which payment methods can you add?

Cards and wallets everywhere, and carrier billing where users pay with phone credit. WAQT AL-KASS takes payment that way.

How does AI change the price?

AI drafts most of the code, so the engineer’s time goes into design, review and testing. That is what makes a fixed price for 30 days possible.

Not sure which route?

Send two sentences about your app on WhatsApp. We’ll tell you which route fits, or tell you honestly if none does.
